WEEKEND selections weren’t too bad for Jordan. A 0-0 in Californiaon Saturday morning saw a 2.5 point loss but both of his Sunday mornings selections came through no problem with 4.8pts and 2.4pts staked.
His last bet is on Monday morning in the MLS with his hopes on NYRB following their first-half goal trend in LA.
Jordan says: “Monday sees us head to LA where the Red Bulls take on the Galaxy. The Red Bulls have made some good additions in the transfer market with Israeli Omer Damari being signed on loan and Daniel Royer, a winger signed from Midtjylland. The Galaxy haven’t conceded many goals at home recently but have allowed goals against the better teams in the league prior to this good run.
“Red Bulls will certainly get their chances and I like them to score before their goal time. Interestingly they’ve scored in the first half in 10 of their last 13 trips to LA and last 5 games.”
MLS – (2.30am, Mon)
New York Red Bulls – goal before 60mins (5-6, bet365) – 3.6 points
One I’m keeping an eye on for the 16th is Dundalk to score before 71mins against Legia Warsaw. It was 66 earlier and I think that’s value considering these next two games are probably the biggest in their history. I mentioned on yesterday’s thread they were given only £300,000 for winning their domestic league last season and have just been gifted more than£5million for getting to this stage and will receive at least £10m more if they get through. That is mega-money for a side like this who have already knocked out one the best teams in the early rounds in BATE. Could be some value depending where that time goes. Hopefully right out to 79mins while the public hammer into Legia.
